1. First, admit you are a sinner. Romans 3:23-For all have sinned, and come short of the glory
God;

2. Know that the result of sin is death. Romans 6:23-For the wages of sin is death, but the gift
of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

3. Believe that Jesus died in your place to pay your sin debt. Romans 5:8-But God
commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

4. Ask God to forgive you of your sins and become your Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9-
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from ire dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:10-For
with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is
made unto salvation.

5. Trust and know that, after you accept God's gift of salvation, you are saved! Romans
10:13-For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

6. Pray this simple prayer . . . "Dear God, I know that I am a sinner. Please forgive me of my
sins. I believe that your Son, Jesus, was born, that He lived a sinless life, that He died
on the cross, and that He rose from the dead as the Bible says. I repent (turn away
from my sin), and I accept your free gift of salvation. I now am asking you to be my
Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me!"

If you prayed this prayer from a sincere heart, you just made the most important decision of
your life!

Now that you have accepted God's gift of salvation, you need to find a church where the
Bible is faithfully taught, because it tells about Jesus and about how we are to live as believers
in Him. It also tells us about heaven!

Attending a good church will help you grow in your newfound Christian faith.

Of course, if you are in the Republic, Missouri area, we would love to have you visit our
church. West Republic Baptist Church.
